Eric and Dale did a great job installing my new filter and pump. My new equipment was taller than the old equipment. Eric went the extra mile and removed a shelf in order for everything to fit perfectly.

Miguel has serviced our pool (weekly maintenance) this summer and he’s done a great job. Always answers questions I may have and goes above and beyond with the cleaning. Our pool water was cloudy and nothing we did could clear it up. After a visit from Miguel it cleared right up.

Jeremy works very hard to make our pool crystal clear each week. We had him try to remove calcium build up on the rock wall of our pool. This was a major project and Jeremy rose to the task on one of the hottest days of the year. Jeremy is a great example of what sets MCM apart - he takes pride in doing great work!

As new home owners and specifically new pool owners, we were overwhelmed at the thought of opening our pool. Luckily we found MCM! First let me say they were the only company who returned our calls. They listened to our concerns and walked us through the process. They took the time to answer all our questions and there were multiple questions and calls. They did this all while being extremely friendly and thorough. They opened our pool as promised and arrived when they said they would. Since we were new to owning a pool we opted for the Clean to Clear Service. The technicians were all great and due to COVID left handwritten detailed instructions for us which we really appreciated. Steven and Marc knew right away what was wrong with the heater on our pool and was able to fix it very quickly. They were very professional and polite. I would highly recommend and will definitely call them again.

This is our third season using MCM . I found them when our pool basically looked like a swamp. They had it clear after 1 visit. Since then I have had them open and close my pool. It's worth the money. It has been opened to clear water every time. I called them again this summer during a heat wave when I had a green pool. Alex called me back within hours and I had a tech out the next day. 2 visits and four days later water is perfect. I am very happy with their responsiveness. It's rare nowadays. Also the techs that have been out are very knowledgeable and respectful.

Really pleased with the fast service. Pool pump blown in the hottest part of summer. The MCM tech's were out quickly and diagnosed a failed pump. The new pump was ordered and installed within a week! Really great job re-routing the plumbing and really like the new 3-way Hayward valves.

Best year I've ever had opening my pool and clearing/cleaning for the season! Previously, I used another company with horrible customer service and charged almost as much to spend 20 min pulling the cover off and hooking up the filter. This company and all the team are awesome!

Generally I do not write many reviews, but when I do its because a company exceeded my expectations. Hi my name Dave from Cumberland RI. I had a major problem with my pool – when removing the cover I dumped all the dirt and leaves right into it, literally it looked like a polluted swamp. I called MCM pools June 24th along with several other companies for a clean up, MCM was the only company that called me back. I received a call from Alec, explained my situation and within minutes he designed a plan that allowed our family to be swimming in a clear beautiful pool before the 4th of July. People are quick to bash when they perceive poor service or price gouging. MCM pools far exceeded my expectations with the service they provided but more importantly the communication with managers like Alec who was not only knowledgeable but personable and engaging. I been a customer literally 10 days and had 3 or more phone conversations with him which says a lot. Bottom line This company wants to earn your business and tries to exceed expectations, I'm old school and don't impress easily or expect much, but MCM pools far exceeded mine.

We needed troubleshooting for a pump that was not drawing water. The Workman was knowledgeable and extremely thorough. We would recommend this company very highly!

Marc and Chris came out to open our pool and they provided excellent service and answered all my questions in a knowledgeable and friendly way. They even took care of an issue another pool contractor should’ve while they were here. They were very efficient and made sure there were no issues with our equipment even when it meant getting on the ground and dealing with a finicky drain cap. I will be calling them to close the pool in the Fall and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for pool service and maintenance.

My pool just wouldn't clear. It was a murky turquoise color. The same thing happened last year, after spending hundreds on chemicals and trying to clear it, we were still never able to swim in it. This year I called MCM. The crew got it normal again. Wonderful crew, too, so professional and friendly, explaining everything for me. Can't be happier with my crystal clear water to swim in. :)

This was our first time hiring MCM Pools. Eric did a fantastic job installing our new filter and pump today. He was very knowledgeable, was able to answer all of our questions, and because of this I will recommend MCM Pools to my friends. I recommend this company for pool service and cleaning. ***** and **** where very helpful with explaining there services and helping me with the pool and also came out on short notice. They also have a weekly and bi-weekly service if you don't have the time to maintain the pool yourself, which is very helpful for me and my schedule.

I recently moved into a new home, complete with an above ground pool built into my deck. As a first time pool owner, I have never opened or maintained a pool before. Though I got the pool from swamp brown to the required chemical balance, I couldn't get the pool looking clear. I called MCM and ***** sent someone out within a day. ****** was professional, efficient, and friendly. Within two hours my pool was fully vacuumed, the filter was running in top condition (which was the reason I was having so much trouble vacuuming the pool) and the water looked clear as a bell. Five days later, my pool party for my kids went off perfectly, in large part to the great condition of my pool. I highly recommend MCM; they're very good at what they do.

We opened our pool a little late this year only to find that one of the side panels was rusted out and we needed a new filter. After talking with one of their workers, MCM Pool Service had us scheduled for just a little over a week later. They came by, did what they could, but had to come back the next day as we had to wait for the pool to fill up for them to finish. They returned bright and early in the morning to quickly finish what they had started. the employees were incredibly polite, professional and friendly. They left no trace in my yard, cleaning up everything before they left. Their workmanship is amazing; they replaced a large section of the pool wall very efficiently, and it looks great. But the best part is definitely the price. I'm glad that i can get something like this done this quickly without putting a hole in my wallet. I would recommend MCM Pool Service to anyone who needs help with their pool from repairs to maintenance.

Referrals are the best form of advertisement to me, my contractor recommended MCM. My pool was a mess, it’s the week before the 4th of July, the middle of a heat wave and MCM Pool Service scheduled me for the very same week. This immediately made me like them and made my wife happy that I finally made the call. My service technician was ***t, he took the time to answer my many questions and taught me the correct way to backwash and rinse my filter. **** was knowledgeable and if there was something that he was not sure of he was on the phone back to his office. BTW, the folks on the phone were also courteous and professional, there were no surprises! Job well done, I’m another very satisfied customer.

Can’t say enough about how happy we are with MCM Pool Service. We bought a home that had an in-ground pool, and we had no experience whatsoever about what to do. After pointing in 1 year of maintaining it by ourselves, we decided it was time to hire a pool company, and MCM came highly recommended. We experienced a lot of problems with our pool this past year (including having the pool empty out in the middle of winter, all 38,500 gallons of it) and that’s when I made my first contact with Chris at MCM Pool. Though I didn’t expect anyone would get back to me when it was bitter cold and snowing, Chris did just that. He was terrific! We waited out the winter, had repairs done to the pool, put all the water back in, and had MCM take over after that. Chris is extremely knowledgeable, and is quick to return phone calls, even with his busy schedule. Throughout the course of the summer, they continued to nurse our pool back into pristine shape. We are very happy with the recommendations Chris made, and with all the hard work put in by MCM. Our pool now sparkles and is very inviting looking, like the gorgeous waters you see when you open a magazine and see pictures of beautiful pools. Thank you Chris and MCM Pool Service.

Brian, and the MCM staff were extremely helpful, responsive, and professional. Our in-ground pool is probably at least 50 years old and surrounded with concrete, and suddenly started losing water at such a great rate that we knew we had a major leak somewhere (but definitely not the liner). I scouted around for a reputable firm to find the leak for us; MCM gave us the most reasonable estimate, and with a clean record with the BBB I felt confident in engaging them. They arranged to help us out as soon as possible, they showed up on time, and did an excellent job at finding our main leak, and all the minor leaks as well. We arranged with them to fix the big leak (which was no small job, considering the age of the pool, and the location and condition of the lines) and once they had fixed that we were able to run the pump and filter without further problems. (Water is WAY too expensive where we live to have to keep filling the pool constantly all summer!) We had already had part of the concrete apron around the pool excavated to fix the one leak, so rather than re-concrete that part only to have it - and more - dug up again in the future, we decided to have the whole area excavated and to have MCM Pool come back to replace the entire line. Which they did. As busy as they were with pool closings, they were able to squeeze us in and replaced the entire line. MCM Pool did a great job all around - they kept in touch, showed up when promised, did the repairs quickly and effectively, and charged the most reasonable rates of any pool company I contacted. I would definitely use them again if I ever need any future pool repairs or service.

I have an old in ground pool and needed some piping and pump services. The technician got here on time, did the work promptly and exceeded my expectations. Pump is running better than ever and I am looking forward to a great summer. Should have called your service sooner. Happy Customer!
