As new home owners and specifically new pool owners, we were overwhelmed at the thought of opening our pool. Luckily we found MCM! First let me say they were the only company who returned our calls. They listened to our concerns and walked us through the process. They took the time to answer all our questions and there were multiple questions and calls. They did this all while being extremely friendly and thorough. They opened our pool as promised and arrived when they said they would. Since we were new to owning a pool we opted for the Clean to Clear Service. The technicians were all great and due to COVID left handwritten detailed instructions for us which we really appreciated. We recommend MCM highly. We will most definitely continue to use them going forward. Thanks for being a customer oriented company!

Steven and Marc knew right away what was wrong with the heater on our pool and was able to fix it very quickly. They were very professional and polite. I would highly recommend and will definitely call them again.

This is our third season using MCM . I found them when our pool basically looked like a swamp. They had it clear after 1 visit. Since then I have had them open and close my pool. It's worth the money. It has been opened to clear water every time. I called them again this summer during a heat wave when I had a green pool. Alex called me back within hours and I had a tech out the next day. 2 visits and four days later water is perfect. I am very happy with their responsiveness. It's rare nowadays. Also the techs that have been out are very knowledgeable and respectful.

Really pleased with the fast service. Pool pump blown in the hottest part of summer. The MCM tech's were out quickly and diagnosed a failed pump. The new pump was ordered and installed within a week! Really great job re-routing the plumbing and really like the new 3-way Hayward valves.

Best year I've ever had opening my pool and clearing/cleaning for the season! Previously, I used another company with horrible customer service and charged almost as much to spend 20 min pulling the cover off and hooking up the filter. This company and all the team are awesome!

Generally I do not write many reviews, but when I do its because a company exceeded my expectations. Hi my name Dave from Cumberland RI. I had a major problem with my pool – when removing the cover I dumped all the dirt and leaves right into it, literally it looked like a polluted swamp. I called MCM pools June 24th along with several other companies for a clean up, MCM was the only company that called me back. I received a call from Alec, explained my situation and within minutes he designed a plan that allowed our family to be swimming in a clear beautiful pool before the 4th of July. People are quick to bash when they perceive poor service or price gouging. MCM pools far exceeded my expectations with the service they provided but more importantly the communication with managers like Alec who was not only knowledgeable but personable and engaging. I been a customer literally 10 days and had 3 or more phone conversations with him which says a lot. Bottom line This company wants to earn your business and tries to exceed expectations, I'm old school and don't impress easily or expect much, but MCM pools far exceeded mine.

Marc and Chris came out to open our pool and they provided excellent service and answered all my questions in a knowledgeable and friendly way. They even took care of an issue another pool contractor should’ve while they were here. They were very efficient and made sure there were no issues with our equipment even when it meant getting on the ground and dealing with a finicky drain cap. I will be calling them to close the pool in the Fall and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for pool service and maintenance.

We needed troubleshooting for a pump that was not drawing water. The Workman was knowledgeable and extremely thorough. We would recommend this company very highly!

Eric, with his helper, diagnosed the problem, which was not what we thought at all. He found an ingenious solution and got everything running perfectly after a lot of hard work in the rain. 6 stars
