Protect your pool through the off-season with our comprehensive Winter Cover Care Program. Let us handle the off-season challenges so your pool is safe and secure, ready for a smooth opening when warmer weather returns.
The Winter Cover Care program includes monthly checkups from December to April to maintain your pool cover and closing components during the offseason.
Our service includes:
- Pumping water off solid covers
- Removing debris from cover
- Inspecting and adjusting cover
- Checking winterization accessories (plugs, air pillows, water tubes, etc.)
- Monitoring water levels and adjusting as necessary
Please note: Scheduling is determined by MCM Pool Service and may vary based on weather conditions. Each pool's needs vary, and our technicians will tailor services accordingly.
Debris removed from covers will not be disposed of by MCM Pool Service, and small amounts of water may be left on solid covers to prevent wind damage.

Replacement of Winterization Products
This program does not cover the cost of replacing winterization parts. If replacement is needed, our technicians will inform you of the options and associated costs.

Hold Harmless Clause
The Winter Cover Care program does not guarantee immunity from seasonal weathering or potential damage. MCM Pool Service cannot provide warranties for issues beyond our control, such as:
- Water Regression
- Debris in the Pool
- Tile or Light Fixture Damage
- Pool Cover Failure
- Scaling or Calcification
- Structural Damage
- Underground Line Damage
While we aim to mitigate risks during the winter season, this program does not include water maintenance, chemicals, or vacuuming, and it does not guarantee a clear pool upon opening.
Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure access to the pool area (codes, keys, etc.).
- Clear paths to the pool.
- Secure pets indoors during the scheduled service time.
If our team cannot access the pool due to locked gates, snow, or other impediments, the appointment may be forfeited, and a cancellation fee may apply.
